All of our paintings are custom-made for you according to your requested visual , dimensions and frame, and we are not legally obligated to accept returns. However, we provide our customers with a 14 day Unconditional money back guarantee.

If 14 days have gone by since the product collection, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must also be in the original packaging.

Please note that we do not refund orders if you entered a wrong or incomplete shipping address. Please make sure your shipping address is 100% correct before placing your order.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping

will be deducted from your refund.We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

If you have received a damaged or incorrect item please contact us .We will replace it as soon as posible and cover all the transport costs.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom size products.

Products returned without providing us with information will not be accepted for return under any circumstances.
