At WallArtt, we specialise in textured wall art for modern UK homes, including textured partial oil paintings and 3D heavy textured oil paintings. Because every piece is custom-made for you, our shipping process is designed to be clear, reliable and as convenient as possible.

Free UK Delivery

We offer free delivery within the United Kingdom on all orders, regardless of size. Your order will be delivered by a trusted courier service (such as FedEx), carefully packed to protect your artwork in transit.

Production & Delivery Time

All of our paintings are made to order based on the image, size and frame options you choose. Because each piece is custom-produced, our typical time from order to delivery is approximately 3.5–4.5 weeks.

  • Production time: your textured canvas is printed, hand-finished with real paint and dried
  • Dispatch: once ready, your order is handed to the courier
  • Delivery: your parcel is delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout

Order Confirmation & Tracking

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your textured wall art has been produced and dispatched, we will send a second email containing your tracking number and delivery information. You can use this to follow your parcel until it arrives at your door.

Packaging & Handling

Every canvas is stretched on a sturdy wooden frame and packed with protective materials to help prevent damage during transit. We mark our boxes clearly as fragile so that your 3D textured wall art or textured partial oil painting reaches you in perfect condition.

Delivery Address & Missed Deliveries

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are entered correctly at checkout. If the courier is unable to deliver because nobody is available to receive the parcel, they will usually leave a calling card or contact you to rearrange delivery or collection from a local depot.

Return & Refund Policy

We know that buying art online is a big decision, and we want you to feel completely comfortable. Although all of our pieces are custom-made textured wall art, we choose to offer an unconditional 14-day money-back guarantee to our UK customers.

1. Our 14-Day Return Guarantee

If for any reason you change your mind after receiving your painting, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided that:

  • The item is in the same condition that you received it
  • The canvas is unused and not damaged
  • All original packaging materials are included
  • You can provide the receipt or proof of purchase

This policy applies to standard-size wall art purchased directly from wallartt.co.uk.

2. How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, including:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • The name of the painting you wish to return
  • A brief explanation of the reason for return (optional, but helpful)

3. Return Shipping Costs

If you are returning your textured wall art because you have simply changed your mind or it does not suit your space, you are normally responsible for the return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable service and keeping your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.

If your painting arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with clear photos and your order number. In these cases, we will review the issue and, where appropriate, cover the costs involved in arranging a replacement or return in line with this policy.

4. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is damaged in transit
  • You receive the wrong item
  • You believe there is a manufacturing fault

We will assess the situation and work with you to put things right – typically by offering a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.

5. Custom-Size and Personalised Orders

All of our artwork is made to order, but some pieces may be specially produced in non-standard sizes or with custom details at your request. These custom-size or personalised orders are usually not eligible for return unless they are damaged, faulty or we have made an error.

If you are considering a custom order, we recommend contacting us before placing your order to clarify the exact return conditions for that specific piece.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned painting, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember that it can take additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund to your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund and the funds have not appeared in your account, please contact us so we can investigate.
